Insolvency and Recovery Services
The insolvency and recovery service department is headed by one of the founder members of the National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers (NAVA) Organisation, which nearly all leading insolvency practitioners recognise and look to for help and guidance when dealing with the assets of companies that they are dealing with insolvency and recovery services.
This department has undertaken work for some of the major UK insolvency practitioners, namely Grant Thornton, RSM Tenon, Touche Ross, Stoy Hayward, and many other smaller practices. We also carry out instructions for The Insolvency Services in Essex, which mainly involves valuing personal assets of bankrupts; attending with the Insolvency Services Examiners on site; collecting and disposing of motor vehicles, either by way of auction or Private Treaty and also realising any other personal assets in relation to the bankrupt.
